Peggy Liu Visits the Hotchkiss School
On October 6th 2009, Peggy presented at Hotchkiss School on China’s environmental situation and what JUCCCE is doing to combat this. Hotchkiss school is one of the top high schools in America and our presentation was eye-opening to both students and staff members.
Peggy’s talk opened with staggering statistics uncovering the depth of the pollution and energy problems China and the world faces. She urged her audience to change their consumption habits and highlighted the actions of our organization to promote and further clean energy developments.
This event was well-received by all and culminated in a Q & A and photo session.
