JUCCCE chairperson Peggy Liu spoke at the Cities Changing Diabetes Summit held 16-17th November by Novo Nordisk Foundation in the City of Copenhagen. In a panel dialogue on “The Complexity of Urban Diabetes Requires New Approaches” she discussed how a change of eating behavior could tackle the growing burden of diabetes.
